Did you use a apparel template?
Did you convert your text to outlines?
Did you size your image to the actual design size?
Did you put each color on its own layer?
Did you send a (photo) files ie PSD, JPEG, PNG,TIFF. or SVG?
Is your file a vector file ie .AI .EPS . Vector PDF Vector?
Is your file size 300DPI or higher?
If you can awnser YES to these questions there should be NO art charges.
Did you send a (photo) files ie PSD, JPEG, PNG,TIFF in low resolution?
If your awnsered is YES, there could be art charges of $45.00 per hour
