Did you use a apparel template?
Did you convert your text to outlines?
Did you size your image to the actual design size?
Did you put each color on its own layer?
Is your file size 300DPI or higher?
Is your file a vector file ie .AI .EPS . Vector PDF Vector .svg?
If you can awnser YES to all of these there wil be NO art charges.
Did you send a (photo) files ie PSD, JPEG, PNG,TIFF. or low resolution fil?
If you awnsered YES, there will be an art charge of $45.00 per hour
