Flyers Unlimited stands by its initial quote and does not condone hidden costs at any level; however, if additions or modifications to the Web site are desired after the production has begun that were not brought to light during the first consultation than it is reasonable to expect that both Flyers Unlimited and your organization should come to an agreement on the additional charge for such services.

It is also important to stress that minor to moderate changes made to the Web site during the various stages of development, based on client input, are reasonable and expected business practice.

Prior to the commencement of the production phase, half of the quoted fee is to be paid while the last installment is due within thirty days from the final date of delivery .
